What is Bucepha?
Bucepha LLC has two arms. Bucepha Intelligence builds AI products for automotive businesses: the Chrome extension, the website and the app. Bucepha Triage is the consulting arm that tests, labels, refines and validates AI products before production.
Is Bucepha Triage a product?
No. Bucepha Triage is a service arm of Bucepha LLC, alongside Bucepha Intelligence. It works on AI products for Bucepha and for other companies.
The extension and the website
What does the Chrome extension do?
Open an auction listing and it reads the photographs, marks the damage it finds on each one, and prices the repair, beside the listing, before you bid.
Which browsers does it work in?
Chrome and Edge. Reports are also on the website, under your account.
How are credits charged?
A photograph costs 5 credits, charged once, as it is read. A photograph we cannot read costs nothing.
When does my allowance renew?
Every 30 days from the day your account started, not on the calendar month. What is left of the allowance expires then and does not carry over, the free first month's included. Credits you bought or earned never expire, and are used only after the allowance is gone.
Is there a free trial?
The Starter plan's first 30 days are free, with its full allowance of 300 credits. Like every monthly allowance, they expire at the end of the period.
Can another dealership see my vehicles?
No. Every request is scoped to the dealership in your signed-in session, and a vehicle belonging to another dealership does not exist as far as your account can tell.
Is there a phone app?
The iPhone and Android app is coming soon.
Bucepha Triage
What does Triage cost?
Every engagement is billed at $200 an hour. Each Triage level has an estimated project price for its usual scope, shown on the Triage page.
What happens to our API keys?
They reach us through an encrypted channel, never by email or chat. They are stripped from code, logs and prompts before any LLM reads them, and at handover we swap every key you shared for a new one and revoke the old.
Is Triage only for AI products?
No. Triage is consulting for any product: web and mobile apps, extensions, APIs and data pipelines, with AI products included.
Do I need every service?
No. Engagements are modular: a team with a working model may need only labeling and evaluation, and a team near launch only readiness and launch support.
How do I start?
Book a call from the Triage page. Pick the dates and times that suit you, and we reply to confirm one.
